About Me

Quick Backstory

Like a lot of other kids, I loved playing with LEGOs. What excited me the most, though, was seeing what I could build with a mismatch of pieces and letting my imagination roam free. Complete sets always had a place on my shelf, but I always felt most satisfied when it was something I came up with on my own.

Since middle school, I got really into programs in the Adobe Suite, I put together a working go-kart with spare parts in my friend's garage, and I was always pretty drawn to STEM classes in general. I always wanted to try something new— whatever I could get my hands on.

I realized pretty early on that I was sitting somewhere between traditional engineering and creative design. Only, I didn't realize that I could do both until Stanford. But you've surely seen enough about my love for engineering and design already. Here's the rest about me that you should know:

It started when I was just a baby visiting my parents' homes, but it really kicked up a notch after studying abroad in college. I knew that I had to take advantage of the opportunity and wanted to get to as many places as I could in just 10 weeks. I stacked up quite the list, but I really enjoyed the adventure and exploration, so I kept going! From the food to the architecture to the unbelievable stories along the way, traveling is something I don't think I could ever replace.

Growing Up Outdoors

I grew up in the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania— at least, that what it felt like. I was fully surrounded by nature, and I quickly began to love it. Exploring a new trail or making your own spot in the woods was the go-to activity growing up. I slowly built up my confidence with heights and thrills. Now that I'm older, I've been able to hike incredible national parks, snowboard on some of the best mountains, zipline in a rainforest, and even skydive at sunset!

Looking to the future, my enthusiasm for learning stays the same. I'm committed to evolving my skillset and navigating any challenges that come my way. I just hope that I'll be in an environment that invigorates me and keeps me inspired to continue doing what I'm doing.

If I've managed to convince you to give me a shot, feel free to contact me on LinkedIn. I'd love to chat further about any opportunities.
